Participate in Growing Our Ecovillage!
This a place to add items for upcoming meetings. An official agenda will not be created until just a couple days before the monthly Board meeting so feel free to add items right up to meeting day (which is the last Monday of the month). However, keep in mind that last-minute items are less likely to be added to the agenda! Also keep in mind that depending on how many critical items we absolutely HAVE TO cover at the meeting not all suggestions may be included. Our meetings are only 2 hours long and there is so much to cover. I will do my best to include as much as possible. All Ecovillage members are welcome to attend the meeting to participate in the discussion of these items.
Use a “Comment”, describe the item you want included and try to include some info about how time-critical it is (in other words, could it wait a month or does it need to be addressed ASAP). Include as much information as possible. If you want some time to talk during the meeting include that too so that we can put you on the agenda and give you time to do so.

Re Bags & Booth at Cinci Earth Day

Jim, EEG, I see that this also incorporates the purvue of EEG and of course, Nancy, it involves Communication. Since you have started perhaps you could be on point for this project. EEG, which is actually EGG, will be directed toward active participation in, and support of, any and all of ERUEV’s greening efforts.
FYI, it’s my expectation that EGG will work closely with Housing in this regard, and I’ll be interested in getting a perspective on this from a new Housing committee and chair once that effort is off its current hiatus.
Nancy, I’m available to help with organizing for this and putting it on, come The Day. I’ll put it on the next EGG meeting agenda, later this momth.
I think it would be a good idea for FUNdraising to do a budget for things like the Earth Day booth/event costs.
Maybe this could be set as an agenda item (by Sharon and / or Ken) for 2/22/2010.
