There are still references to committees, as well as task forces. It would be good to settle on one term.
4.3 – members, or Board? (Also grammer)
6.4 – should this state these are in addition to the monthly board meetings, and their purpose?
7.1 & 7.2 – reverse the order to 1st create the position? OR 7.1 – A Director shall . . . 7.2 – move Hires and . . . to 7.3 (new)
